Common questions
How does ranking actually work?
Spotlight venues sit above Featured, which sit above Listed. Inside each tier, we re-rank weekly using a mix of recency, partner-code redemptions, click-throughs, and editor curation — so paying more guarantees the top tier, but the order inside a tier is earned.
When do I get charged?
Never at the application step. After we review and accept your venue, we send an invoice for the tier you picked. You only pay for months you're live.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime, prorated. If a higher-tier slot opens in your category, current Featured venues get first dibs.
What if I just want a free listing?
Pick the Listed tier. Editors curate free listings carefully, so approval isn't guaranteed — but if your spot is great, we'll add it.
